1. Payment Method

Please note that we only accept Cash on Delivery (COD). Refunds will be processed accordingly in line with this payment method.

2. Return Eligibility

You may request a return if:

  • The item received is damaged, defective, or not as described

  • The return request is made within 48 hours of receiving the order

  • The product is unused, in its original packaging, and in re-sellable condition

Items that do not meet these criteria may not be accepted for return.

4. Refund Process

Once the returned item is received and inspected:

  • If approved, a cash refund will be arranged, or

  • A replacement item will be sent, based on your preference and product availability

Refunds will only be provided in cash at the time of return or via a mutually agreed method based on your location.

5. Non-Returnable Items
